What to Expect

We are thrilled to be joined by 'Save Windermere' founder Matt Staniek and professor of physical geography at the University of Manchester Jamie Woodward.

Matt will share his journey from a solo-campaigner to a large-scale movement, organising major protests and gaining the support of some big names like Steve Coogan, Lee Mack, and Paul Whitehouse. 

Join us for a conversation about how one person can ignite change, the scale of sewage being dumped in Windermere and the importance of protecting our waterways.

We've got food from Maray, expect some vegan pitta goodness, beers from Lakes Brew Co and softs from local sugar lords Steep Soda Co.
